Our story

HOAScout started in California, where too many boards spend months guessing which management company to trust and still end up wondering if they picked the right one.

We think matching a board with the right partner should feel less like a gamble and more like a fit. So we built the tool we wished existed: a short conversation, a small set of real options, and no pressure to hire anyone at all.
