HOAScout is a free tool that helps California HOA and condo boards discover management companies that fit their community. We do not sell management services ourselves; we introduce boards to vetted partner companies.
User obligations
Please provide accurate information when you request a match. Do not use the site to misrepresent a community you do not have authority to represent.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape data at scale, or use HOAScout to send unsolicited communications.
Disclaimer
HOAScout is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to match boards with reputable companies, but we do not warrant the outcome of any engagement between a board and a partner.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HOAScout is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any agreement you enter into with a management company introduced through the site.
